Reed Architecture Design, led by Stephen Reed offers a bespoke Chartered Architect service with over 25 years experience to all our clients. Our Approach
Our system operates in four stages, following the standard RIBA appointments approach and this enables us to have the flexibility of approach to meet all of your requirements. You remain in control and are able to appoint us for some or all of our four stage approach.
Stage One
Taking you from your initial ideas through to creating and agreeing your design and submitting your planning application to the local planning authority.
Stage Two
Moving forward post planning approval to preparing more detailed drawings and submitting these for building regulations approval.
Stage Three
Turning planning into building via a full package of working drawings; with these we assist you in choosing a builder to carry out the building work.
Stage Four
Finally we can offer you our professional architectural expertise and experience during the construction of your building.
